4. Item (s) must be returned to Become Nude within 7 Days of initiating an exchange.
1. USPS Domestic Orders:
- Standard shipping 5-7 business days.
- Priority shipping 4-5 business days.
- Express mail 1-2 business days.
2. International Orders:
- USPS Priority international mail 7-14 business days.
*Due to COVID -19 shipping time may be longer than specified.
**We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect or insufficient addresses, unclaimed and/ or refused packages.
RETURN FOR EXCHANGE -OR -STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THIS CRITERIA:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed or tampered with.
2. We will not accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, and/or soiled.
3. Merchandise must have original tags attached.
4. "Final Sale", “Last Call” merchandise cannot be returned.
5. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that do not meet our store’s criteria, including but not limited to, body odor, visible signs of wear, perfume fragrances, smoke and/or oil etc...
6. The customer is responsible for shipping fees associated with sending return items to Become Nude.
7. Shipping fees are non refundable.
8. Returned item must first be received by Become Nude and inspected to start the return process.
9. Items returned must meet resale standard to receive an exchange or store credit.
10. Store credit is good for 90 days and will be issued as an e-gift card to the email address that you provide.
11. Exchanges are based on availability. Please note that your exact item or style may not be available.
12. Standard processing time for returns are 2-3 business days.
